Programs

EquiSoul offers small-group and individual experiences for people moving through stress, trauma, change, and different stages of life. Our programs evolve according to the needs of the people we serve.

Who We Work With

EquiSoul works with people facing very different challenges and life transitions. Some come because of trauma, grief, or chronic stress. Others are looking for connection, confidence, support through change, or simply a different kind of space in which to slow down and reconnect. Our programs are shaped around the specific needs of each group and evolve from week to week as the group develops.

Adults living with trauma or PTSD

Small-group experiences for adults living with the effects of trauma or PTSD. Sessions offer space to slow down, notice what is happening internally, build trust, and reconnect through guided experiences with the horses. The work is gentle, relational, and paced to the individual.

Partners of people living with PTSD

Living alongside someone with PTSD can bring its own strain, uncertainty, and emotional weight. These groups offer partners a place to breathe, feel supported, and reconnect with their own needs while spending time with the horses and others who understand something of that experience.

Women navigating separation or divorce

A supportive space for women moving through separation, divorce, and the disruption that comes with major relationship change. The group offers room to process loss, uncertainty, identity, and new beginnings while building connection with the horses and with one another.

Autistic adults with significant support needs

Adapted sessions for autistic adults who need substantial support. Participation is flexible and guided by each person's comfort, attention, and way of engaging. The focus is not on performance, but on connection, sensory experience, choice, and meaningful time with the horses and environment.

Teens

Developing programs for teens that create space for connection, confidence, emotional awareness, and belonging. Time with the herd offers a different setting from school or therapy, where young people can explore relationships, boundaries, and self-trust without pressure.

Individual 1:1 sessions

Private sessions for people who prefer a more individual experience or need support tailored to their own pace and circumstances. Sessions are shaped around the person, the horses, and what feels most useful in the moment.
